"He does beautiful tile work, and he knows what he is doing. I would have appreciated more prep work prior to starting to protect my floors they were walking over, as well as a warranty option."

"Very polite and professional, but cost was extremely high. Job involved replacing 4 half tiles and one whole tile and I had the tiles. House is on the market, so they quoted me a $179 premium for "rush" on top of the $250 repair fee. In my opinion, the $250 was high before the additional fee."

"Empire took all the carpet out of my living room and hall and after choosing our new flooring they layed it and the quarter round. It looked absolutely beautiful. They did a wonderful job on the 2 step down areas. We have a sunken living room, so they had to correlate the hall with the living room at the step down and the dining room with the living room. They did an excellent job and very speedy at that. We were very pleased."

"David and his tile crew came in and did an excellent job of installing new terra cotta tile in three small rooms of my home. They performed the work quickly and professionally. I would recommend David and his work crew to anyone considering installation of tile or flooring. I will also be using David to install wood flooring in some larger areas of my home in the next month. "The services performed resulted in a very beautiful and functional game room area. My wife and I are very pleased with the work. Roger, his primary employee, Dave, and all of the sub contractors he used were outstanding. For example, the texture blends and paint matches were exceptional. The travertine floor is perfect. Cabinets were of of good quality and as ordered. The carpet was modified and replaced for a nice cost savings. Our new room appears that it was always configured in its current state. Roger was very accessible, genuinely attempted to address all of our requests and was very easy to work with."
