She came and looked at my damaged travatine tile and felt sure Seal Systems could fix it, but they would do a test tile and if it did not work there would be no charge. I felt very comfortable having them come and try to remove the stains, the stains in the test patch were successfully removed. Aaron and his son did such a great job on the kitchen I asked him to do the family room also. They worked quickly, took care with moving my furniture , and made sure the chemicals did not get on the wood floors or base boards. We were totally amazed at what a great job they did and we will use them for our maintainance cleaning and sealing ,and will recommend them to our friends."

"Update: We did not have to pay for the repair, which we were grateful for. Thanks for doing the right thing. She was on time and worked quick, but overall not happy with the end product. She told me she could not match it perfect, but this is not even close. I have no clue why navy blue was even used, and have no idea why so much was used. There is not any blue in the Terrazo tile at all. It looked better chipped up before she even did anything. Now it looks horrible!!!! When I first spoke to her about this type of repair, she informed me this was an art that took a lot of work, patience and concentration. I think I could have repaired this better with epoxy and some art supplies from Hobby Lobby. I can not believe I paid $750 for this. The repair was not worth $100. It took everything in me to pay her, and I am still wondering why I did. Part of me wants to put a stop payment on the check and let her take me to court because no one on their right mind would think this was worth the money I was charged. When I asked about her end product, she said, that is the best it is going to be. She should have just said she could not do the job. I would consider shopping around before hiring this company. If this is acceptable work, I cant imagine what else is passed off as quality."

I will also be using David to install wood flooring in some larger areas of my home in the next month. I have used John for everything from painting to making screens, putting up tile, installing cabinets and any number of other things. I trust him to get the job done correctly. I make a list made and he checks off things as he goes. He has good ideas, works hard and seems to enjoy accomplishing his tasks."

"For the price that we paid, I feel that we received a good value. The work was done well and in a somewhat timely manner. There was a delay when the painter had to leave town due to illness in the family. This was unavoidable and Roger communicated with us throughout. Roger's employees are true artist. They came up with affordable solutions for some issues that we had. There are a few places that the paint work was a little sloppy, but considering that we paid about 20% less than the next lowest estimate, we can't complain. The reason that we won't use this company again? The valve that supplies water to our dishwasher broke off during a day early on in the remodel. This was no fault of the crew, just an old valve. The problem is that no one told us this had happened. We turned our dishwasher on and left and when we came back, everything inside, including the end of one of the washer "blades" had melted. I called Roger and we agreed that we would pay to fix the valve and he would pay to replace the damaged dishwasher "blade". He advised me that he had ordered the part, which I had researched and knew to cost around $90. Three weeks later, he said that the part still had not come in. I advised him that I would like to withhold the $125 balance for the completed job until the part was installed. He agreed that was fair. It is 2 months later and we never heard back from Roger about the replacement part. Not only has he not called us, but he has ignored the 2 times that I attempted to contact him to ask about the part. This is extremely unprofessional. If not for that one thing, I would definitely hire him in the future. It's a shame that he ended our contact this way.
