We run three crews along with two service technicians. We give free estimates on new installations of sprinkler systems or drains, and accept Visa, Mastercard, checks, or cash for payment. "We have a 2+ acre lot and had used Kody at our previous residence so asked if he could handle the new lot. We were told yes and sent 3 contracts all of which required a year round payment for"cheaper month to month" (this ended up not being true ) and as we like to do much of the work ourselves we chose the least cost option to try out first...what followed was being treated like nobody's. They showed up once only weed wacked and never came back. The next time they showed up on a Friday then said they were coming again Monday...okay? They came and half mowed our front yard and left. I reached out after two days of no word and was told they wouldn't be back until the following Monday! It's a holiday weekend...left us hanging and now we have to do it all ourselves if we want our guests to not cring at our property! Awful experience all around this is only scrathcing the surface."
