"Mike, your job was done almost a year ago and we did not take your money as there where issues with your check for starters. The work was above quality and it's not any fault of Prater Concrete that your neighbors cat walked through the wet concrete that evening we poured. We do not fix things for free when it is not an issue that we caused. There's absolutely no way possible that cat paw prints in the broom finish concrete caused any structural issues. This is an absolute frivolous review and no one has heard from you since the work was completed."
