I phoned and said he needed to bring tools to care for that problem. He showed up at 11am and stayed till after 5pm and took care of everything. He was clean and neat, polite and mindful of my pets who hung around him all day. I would recommend him for any job you need done. He will stay till everything is finished and not charge you for more time."
