"Over the past several years Advanced Construction, headed up by Dan Diaz, completed several projects at my house in Cambria, CA. The first project was a major, major success. Dan discovered the source and repaired a leak into my house that plagued me for years. He succeeded where others cost me a lot without solving the problem. Advanced Construction also proved invaluable preparing my Cambria house for sale during 2021. He and his son replaced doors and nearly all the windows in the house. "I had 9 windows replaced and the work was completed in one day. Salesman Dial was very knowledgeable about the product and he answered all of my questions. Installers Joe & James were very thorough and did a fantastic job of placing the new windows and repairing/replacing trim boards around one of the windows. It has rained several times since the installation and there has been no leakage - that's a good thing ! All parties involved in the process were friendly and helpful."
