Epic Roofing provided outstanding service and did quality work on my home repairing my roof, gutters, and screens. Working with Thomas and Joshua was a pleasure. They were honest and professional in their business dealings and were responsive to my time sensitive situation. They quickly prioritized the work and repairs that were needed on my house in order for me to meet the required deadlines. Epic Roofing worked very well with my insurance company and I highly recommend them and would definitely use them in future if needed.

Epic Roofing replaced our roof in April 2020. The sales representative, Thomas Howard, was very professional and knowledgeable. The workers were timely and completed our roof replacement in two days. My family recently used Epic Roofing after we had hail storms pass through our neighborhood. They were very easy to work with, were not pushy at all (like some of the other roofing companies that wanted to inspect our roof) and were very professional. They helped explain how the claims process would work with insurance which helped as well. After work was completed my wife and I couldn't believe how great the new roof looked. I would certainly recommend this company.

Very seamless process from start to finish! Epic quickly responded to any questions we had during the process, and they even handled all dealings we encountered with our insurance company (which was a huge relief). The installation went off without a hitch, and the guys did a fantastic job with cleanup. Our new roof looks great!

Thomas with Epic Roofing was very knowledgeable and professional , He met with me and my wife, walked us through the process of filing a claim and getting our roof replaced, The workers showed up on time, were very thorough, did the whole roof in 1 and 1/2 days, did a good job of cleaning up, and were very polite.

I noticed water spots on my ceiling. I did some research on local roofers and found Epic Roofing. I called and Matt came out on my next available day. Matt was great. He worked with my insurance adjuster and in a few days I had a beautiful new roof. All the work was completed while I was at work and clean up fantastic. I couldn't even tell they had been there. Chris and Garrett with Epic Roofing were easy to work with. They inspected my roof because I had a leak in my living room. They found that I had hail damage on the roof which I didn't even know was on the roof. They helped me contact my homeowners insurance to open a claim on my roof. They met with the insurance adjuster and made sure they paid the correct amount to replace my roof including code upgrades. They made the process very simple and I got more than what I was expecting when I originally contacted them. I strongly recommend Epic Roofing and Construction.

The project went according to the plan - on budget, and on time. What I was also very impressed by was the conscientiousness and professionalism of the two crews on the project.
