"I can't speak highly enough about the quality, products, communication, and detailed nature of the employees at Continental Siding. Juan, the work-site foreman, went out of his way to explain the procedures and make sure I had no unanswered questions. He made sure my property was cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day and they worked full days, including Saturday. Juan and his 4 man crew kept in close communication with me on a daily basis so I new their plans before it happened. My house was in dire need of major repair before any thought of siding could be had. Again, Juan explained everything they needed to do and why, before replacing at least 1/2 of my house with new ply-wood, etc. Continental Siding insists on making your house a solid foundation before wrapping their siding. Sounds great to me!! I know other companies do not to it this way. I've checked. The cost is comparable to others, even though I was hesitant at first. I checked the numbers and especially when you factor in all the repair that had to be dealt with first, Continental Siding was actually a cost-saving choice. I made an incredibly wise investment going with Continental Siding and I am beyond thrilled with the results."

"I have never had a better experience. The installers showed up on time and worked throughout the day without a break. They replaced 15 windows and were finished by 3:30. They did an INCREDIBLE job, careful not to dirty the carpeting, vacuumed their mess inside, and dropped debris in trash cans outside the window openings as to not disturb by landscaping. My house looks great, my electric bill has been cut by almost $100/month, and they are so easy to clean. Being double pane it cuts a lot of the outside noise. Next project with CBI is siding. I highly recommend them."

"Two of them came out. There was a long list and we were happy to pay more, but I was not pleased when I got home. I wanted the caulking in the shower redone and they did not get to that. There is a gate in a storage thing out in the side yard and the door needed patching. I just did not like coming home. I felt like they rushed and just did not get it all done or even attempted to get it done. The price was not the issue. I just wanted those things done. "My neighbors had ROCA Roofing & Construction (ROCA) remove and replace their roof due to storm damage.  I was impressed with the quality of work and the expediency in which the job was completed.  ROCA had placed a sign in my neighbor’s yard, so I called the company to see if they would come and take a look at my roof.  A sales representative came to my home the same day and assessed the damage to my roof.  It was a very easy process.  The sales representative and the insurance adjuster worked together to prepare an estimate for replacing my roof.  The roof, vents and gutters were replaced and the exterior of my home was painted.  The sales representative went above and beyond the scope of work approved by the insurance adjuster.  I told him that I needed to move numerous concrete yard ornaments from my back yard to my front garden.  He offered to move the yard ornaments for me and did so the same day with the help of another sales representative. I was so pleased with the work they provided, I recommended ROCA to two other friends which resulted in two other jobs for ROCA.

The very professional crew showed up on the appointed day and began tearing off all the damaged materials and hauling them away. They then began replacing the decking, before replacing the shingles with a new high-impact roof. Finally all the gutters were replaced and the job was done. The cleanup was quick and thorough. I never had to do anything during the process. Mr. Whipple came once or twice each day to make sure everything was being done right and to answer any questions I might have. I've required a new roof before because of hail damage, and it was not done nearly as thoroughly and professionally or with as little inconvenience to me as this job."
