"I hired Eugene to install a new ceiling fan circuit. I do not normally write reviews, but I think he has earned his five stars here. During the initial consultation and estimate appointment, he was honest, friendly, and straightforward with a fair-priced estimate and he clearly explained exactly what he would do during the installation procedure.
