"A crew from Groundworks installed eight floor supports and encapsulated our crawl space last week. Jorge, Isaac, Kenny, Zacch, and Anthony did a great job! They worked very long hours to complete our project in a timely fashion and were great to interact with. They identified several plumbing and air duct problems and brought them to my attention. Jorge, the team leader, was great about communicating with me and keeping me well informed. The after job clean-up was very thorough. Jorge has been available by phone for my questions even after they have moved on to another job. These guys are very deserving of five stars. Also, I want to give a shout out to Anthony who did our inspection/estimate. He was very thorough and patient and made everything understandable. Another five-star guy!"

"The pricing was great plus the 10% discount for being and Angie's List member. I found a problem while they were installing the piers. I made note of it and they came back to set it right. They tried to spread the dirt around where the holes were and I would have much rather had them haul the dirt away. They came when they said they would come. They started on the date they said and finished the work in two days. I only dealt with on person. Everyone was professional and did what they were supposed to do."

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"As people who live in Oklahoma know, we get hail storms every year. I have had a new roof on my house 3 times in the last 5 years. After the last storm Stacie from Roca Roofing came by the house. From the start she was nothing by nice to my family. I never felt like she was pushy. She got on the roof and took some pictures for me to see. She was very knowledgeable and even sat in the living room and helped me file my claim. At first I was a little thrown off by a female, but she did things better than any other company I had used in the past. She was there when my insurance company came out and was always making sure I understood everything. My ex husband had always handled all the claims before so this was all very new to me. Stacie never moved on with anything until she was sure that I understood what was going on. She took a lot of time to explain the products to me and we had fun picking out a roof color. The guys that put on the roof did a great job. It looks AWESOME! They were great about cleaning up after themselves! They did break a light on the outside of the house while tearing off the old roof, but Stacie called to let me know what happened and it was replaced 2 days later. Stacie was on site checking in during the installation on the roof and always called me at the end of the day to make sure I was happy with everything. The guy, David that did all the inside work on my house was very nice as well. He did a great job and cleaned up very well. I am hard to please when it comes to my house and I was very happy with all the work that was completed. It was 100 percent painless for me! I highly recommend using Roca Roofing and I would call Stacie for sure!! I cant speak for anyone else there but her, but she was AMAZING!! If I ever have to get a new roof again, I will be calling her back. It is one thing  to have a good sales person, but to get a great sales person and have everyone that did the work be great as well is even better! I honestly can not speak more highly of Stacie and Roca. I have sent several friends and family members to her as well. I think it was nice working with a woman because lets face it, men are just programmed different and she really gets what it takes to keep a woman happy, lol. I wasn't going to do this review, but I got a phone call from her about 2 weeks ago just checking on things and making sure that everything still looked good and that I had not had any issues. You just don't get that with anything anymore these days. I hope that someone reading this will decide to use her. She helped us so much that I hope this review can in some way help her. "When you have a problem with one of your covered services you contact American Home Shield either by phone or their website.  You let them know what the problem is.   A service provider will contact you within 24 hours to set up an appointment.    I've found most of the time the contractor will contact you the same day and service call is usually set up for the next day.   I have never been disappointed with a contractor sent by American Home Shield.    They are all courteous and the jobs performed to my satisfaction.  Depending on the problem and the item being fixed they will either repair or replace at their discretion.   I've had a faucet replaced and another faucet fixed when it was just a cartridge problem.   When my microwave oven stopped working it was determined it could not be fixed and they would replace.   The oven they selected for replacement was a very nice top of the line microwave.   They will tell you what appliance they are going to supply.  After reviewing the specifications for the microwave I decided it was a little bigger for the space I had.   I selected another oven, a Samsung, and it was approved and installed with no problems.   I have never had any problems with American home shield and I know I can always get a licensed and insured provider.   I would definitely recommend them.
