Majestic Home Services of Florida : SCAMMER ALERT for HANDYMAN SERVICES Everyone watch out for these two: Majestic Home Services of Florida, Barbie Cannady and Justin Patterson www.majecallydone.com They took $1,200 cash to start a job the same week and never showed up. They came to my house, spoke with me, gave me receipts... all seemingly legit, but they are scammers. It has been 8 weeks and now their phone numbers are disconnected. Feel free to contact me for any info. Barbie appears to be in her late 50s, Justin in his late 20s.

These people are a SCAM!! DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAMMERS!! They wanted payment within 1 hr of receiving the quote. I told them no and they were not happy about that. They showed up at my house I paid them half up front they dug out the area for the pavers and bought half the pavers for the job that's it. The other half of the pavers were out of stock. So instead of giving me a solution to this problem all they gave me were excuses for the next MONTH on why they couldn't find another solution to the pavers being out of stock. They told me it was too difficult to find sand and gravel to install the pavers and wanted to put in a rubber Mat system instead but still had no solution for the pavers. When I would try and call them or text them they would ghost me for days with no response at all. When I did get a response it was just excuse after excuse why they couldn't come and finish the job. All their responses and communications were very unprofessional. They used foul language and improper grammar, like they were straight out of the hood, when they were talking about the project. They also had no idea how to properly install pavers. They did not dig the hole deep enough for the base nor were they going to use any type of plate tamper to pack the base course or the pavers after they were installed. They were going to use a hand tamper to tamp a 12Ã 18 area. Finally I had enough and told them I would order all the required materials to finish the job. It took me less than 10min on the phone and I had base course and sand delivered the same day and I had an alternate paver order and set for delivery the next day. I text them and told them all the materials were on site and they could come install them. I heard nothing from them. The following day I started finishing the job myself. After a few days I finished the job on my own and it looks great! I have contacted these scammers everyday by phone calls and text to get the money back that they owe me, which is 900$, and they have not responded one time. It's been 18 days now and I still have not heard back from them. I have filed a compliant with BBB and the state attorney generals office. I am currently seeking legal action against them as well. DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAMMERS!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

Majestic Home Services. Is fabulous! If we could rate them a ten, we certainly would! They responded right away and promptly came to our home to give us an estimate on the work we needed to be done. They quoted us a price which we thought was very reasonable. They started working on our project right away and did a superb job! They cleaned up perfectly when they completed the project. They were efficient and professional and very courteous! We highly recommend them!

Justin came the same day I hired him. He was very professional and a hard worker! He cleaned up the weeds in my yard front and back. I believe he has the talent to be a good handyman inside and out!

I am not insistent on hours work on the job I donâ t stay on this job they take too many breaks

Their quality of work is good. I had popcorn ceiling removed and that is definitely a messy job but they do clean up very well.

Majestic did great updating the inside of my home and was always prompt for the job. I would recommend them to anyone needing remodeling!
