"This company is amazing! JD was very responsive to my concerns. I had filed an insurance claim last year and was taken advantage of by another company that did my roof. I was very hesitant about having someone else come over and finish the job after the experience I had with the first company. I found 3 general contractors to give me an estimate on finishing the work. JD was the only one that stood out because he genuinely wanted to help me and he listened. He walked me through the process of everything, stayed in touch almost daily, sent me updates on what he found (on day 1, JD's crew found significant rot on one of the outside walls after removing the aluminum siding. It was so bad, the studs were completely gone. JD and everyone stayed for over 13 hours to replace the entire wall so I wouldn't have a huge hole in the side of my house!). "I have had over 30 contractors at my home as it has been basically rebuilt.  This company has been the most professional i have dealt with.  Showed up on time, communicated progress, cleaned up at the end of each day COMPLETELY, came with all necessary tools and supplies.
Along the width of the house, all of the walls were removed from the floor to aprox 2 feet.  Lower portion of studs and base plates removed, walls sealed with amazing product, studs, base plate and walls replaced (not the sheetrock).  All lower level floors sealed.
We have had over 5" of rain in the last 24 hours.  This is the first time since i have owned this house that the floors have not flooded when we have saturated soil and heavy rain.
