We specialize in structural steel fabrication and erection, custom steel fabrication, gates and entryways. We were designing and building Barndominiums before people knew what they were. We do the job right or not at all. We guarantee our work, and we often takeover failing or abandoned projects and get the project completed. We've built and have tore down and rebuilt many very large churches. We've done a lot of historical renovations and dealt woth the historical regulations, etc. We've done a lot of work at The Grandscape in The Colony Tx. "I have had over 30 contractors at my home as it has been basically rebuilt.  This company has been the most professional i have dealt with.  Showed up on time, communicated progress, cleaned up at the end of each day COMPLETELY, came with all necessary tools and supplies.
Along the width of the house, all of the walls were removed from the floor to aprox 2 feet.  Lower portion of studs and base plates removed, walls sealed with amazing product, studs, base plate and walls replaced (not the sheetrock).  All lower level floors sealed.
We have had over 5" of rain in the last 24 hours.  This is the first time since i have owned this house that the floors have not flooded when we have saturated soil and heavy rain.

"Very good, we had a lot of plants around the deck mostly in pots & large rose bush at one corner, they moved all the plant & covered to protect the rose bush & themselves. Very effecient. Cleaned up & moved plants back. Would hire them again for any painting job. Reasonable priced."

"Blake Zientkowski with ROCA was the general contractor for the repair of the hail and wind damage to our home.  Blake is very very thorough, knowledgeable and he is a great communicator.  He worked with our insurance company to get us a very fair and complete estimate.  We would use Blake again.  I would ask him to be somewhat more visible on location during the work process.
