He kept me informed as to when he would arrive, he showed up exactly when he said he would, he went out of his way to respect my property, and his knowledge and expertise about all things chimney are fantastic. His professionalism is tremendous, and reminds me of how things used to be. Besides that, his prices are fair and very reasonable! I had a complicated problem involving water intrusion into the house, and he was able to diagnose some solutions and execute them. He made two trips to the house. "Contacted "All Day Chimney" service and scheduled a cleaning and inspection for the following week. We were quoted $125 for the service. They arrived near the appointment time and began work. Very good job of protecting house from ash. About 1 hour into the service, the technician "hollered" through the chimney as he was on the roof and told me that this was going to cost in excess of $400 due to it being an oversized chimney and a steep roof. After some discussion, we agreed to a price of $250 and he completed the job. Everything appears to be done properly, but we won't know until next fall/winter when we begin to use our fireplace again. As for the inspection, we were never informed as to the condition, so we can only "guess that it was okay"? After the technician left, and looking from the ground, it appears that the screen on the top of the chimney appears to not have been fully attached to keep rodents and birds out. Only time will tell, once I am able to get on the roof and look for myself."

"Outdoor Creations did a very fantastic job on our damaged and leaking roof. They just happened to be driving pass our home one day and observed that our roof needed repair. They stopped by and politely introduced themselves, and asked permission to inspect the roof. After discovering some serious damage from the weather, they facilitated and handled the insurance issues concerning the needed repairs in a professional manner. After the details were completed their crew came and finished the job in two and a half days. The crew was very polite and skilled, and they did a great job. Jake conducted himself with honesty and integrity. The information they gave was clear, and they were happy to answer all our questions. The great news is my wife and I have a brand new roof on our house because they stopped by one day. We are very pleased with their work. Thanks to Jake we no longer have a leaking roof. "Our Cabinet crew was there for most of the install and they said that it went well.  There was one mistake on the bar runner piece, did not cut it right the first time around and ended up having to go all the way back to their shop to have a new one made.  It worked out okay, just ate up time, but the whole day was free, so not a big deal....they took care of it, and made sure it was done correctly.
They used a vacuum level to seem the one joint we had,  the line is good, as unnoticeable as it can be.  Cut outs for cook top and under-mount sink are good.  The sink cutout is not 110 perfectly plumb all the way around, but i am overly detailed oriented engineer...friends say everything looks awesome and it does....and most importantly, wife is happy.
Solid stone front end staff is good, price is great, helped us work through the process quickly and easily. 
We are happy with the way that our re-model turned out.

"Called on a Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend to leave a message for a return call. Carl called me back moments later and actually came out to me house that day to give me an estimate. He was very good about suggestions on some repairs that needed to be done and gave me a price before he left. The job took him about week to complete, and it came out looking great. Carl did a very good job."
