"Today Sean with Rain Guard came to take care of an issue with the Gutter helmet which had worked its way out a little from underneath the roof shingles. The opening had created an opportunity for starlings to squeeze in and build a huge nest in the gutter, blocking the downspout. Sean removed the nest, reattached the helmet and even inventively covered a tiny opening which might have allowed smaller birds to have access. He did this at no charge to me, and in a most friendly and personable manner. Thank you so much Sean! P.S. We had our guttering system installed in 2005 and have never regretted it - it really works!"

"Had to reschedule because he did not show up the first time. When he was two hours late the second time when he actually did show up. He did not do the work I asked him to do. Instead he did what he wanted to which was use my garden hose to clean out the outside unit. Then he disappeared for 2 hours even though I told him I had an appointment. He showed back at 7:30 that night and replaced an air filter I had put in the week before.he said if that did not fix the problem, that his work was guaranteed for a year and he would come back and actually do what I asked him to do. Which was to clean out the coils inside the house. But when I called back they told me they had fired him and they would not honor his work. Even though he represented the company when he performed the work before. And that I would have to pay another $230 for them to diagnose the problem. The guy that originally sent out to do the work who was fired was a complete weirdo. He actually looks very scared to be in my house. He was extremely edgy and acted all spooked like he was on drugs. He looked at my kids from. And I had to have them wait in the other room. I have since heard many complaints similar to mine. And have learned they hire pedophiles and people out of work release."
