Today Sean with Rain Guard came to take care of an issue with the Gutter helmet which had worked its way out a little from underneath the roof shingles. The opening had created an opportunity for starlings to squeeze in and build a huge nest in the gutter, blocking the downspout. Sean removed the nest, reattached the helmet and even inventively covered a tiny opening which might have allowed smaller birds to have access. He did this at no charge to me, and in a most friendly and personable manner. Thank you so much Sean! P.S. We had our guttering system installed in 2005 and have never regretted it - it really works!

Wow! They were very friendly, they had the estimate when they came out. They laid the materials out so that when they crew came - it was ready (they did have to order 1 part). When they came back, it was completed done in about 4-5 hours.

I was very happy to finally have some decent guttering for my home, after years of putting up with a sub-standard installation and my own failed efforts to maintain and repair the existing guttering. I should have had new guttering installed years ago, but two things kept me from calling a professional guttering company. First, I was sure that it would cost me an arm and a leg. Secondly, after paying for it, I doubted whether the new guttering would really work any better than the old. After spending hours one afternoon trying to rehang some guttering on an angled fascia that had always given me problems, I finally decided that I needed professional help. Turning to Angie's list, Google, and a few other resources, I submitted numerous requests for an estimate, only to be ignored. I shied away from the more prominent and established companies, thinking they would be the most expensive and hardest to work with. Finally, when none of the newer, less well-known companies would call, I contacted Rain Guard of Tulsa. I was very glad that I did. For one thing, their estimate proved to be surprisingly very affordable. And I also appreciated Shaun Payden, their estimator, taking the time to thoroughly evaluate and assess everything I needed, including matching the color to my trim perfectly and taking care of every detail. Still, I waited for the installation knowing that was really where the service truly counted. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was very impressed by how they saw to every detail – making sure to use additional roof flashing and splash guards wherever needed. They corrected every flaw of the original installation in ways that I did not expect and with the best quality workmanship. In short, they really exceeded all my expectations and I could not have been happier with the final product. But, I know what you're thinking, so let me state this in conclusion: they are NOT paying me anything to say this or providing any compensation whatsoever for this endorsement. I just believe that such good service and quality workmanship should be acknowledged as often as possible. So, don't wait like I did. Give Rain Guard of Tulsa a call. They'll do it right!

Office staff and the sales person that provided the quote were pleasant and helpful. However, on the day that I took time off from work, they were supposed to arrive "between 1-2". When no one showed at 2:30 I emailed the sales guy who gave me the quote. No response. At 3 I called the main office to someone who was pleasant, but unable to help. She called back after 4 to say the crew had just completed a previous job and therefore would have to return the following day, but did not know what time. They appeared the following day while I was absent, and did the job. They did not call in advance to advise, and did not call when they were done to give any kind of report or feedback. I know they were there only because of my camera monitors. The only communication from them since was to advise of the amount due.

The initial estimate was given by Keith who was not only very professional but also arrived promptly at appointment time. ( so appreciated! ) The two men who actually did the work for us also arrived promptly, were friendly and helpful and did a very neat job. We were very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them. I would also like to note that Rain- Gard of Tulsa originally installed gutter helmets on our entire house about 13 years ago and we have been very satisfied with their performance. It's been so nice not having to clear leaves and debris out of the gutters on an annual basis or having sheets of water flowing from the roof every time it rains hard. The system really works!

They did great work. Not only did they show up in time and do the right work, they also replaced part of the drain system that was broken. I was very impressed with rainguard

weather was an issue, which pushed things back, but otherwise did a good job. Left some materials around when done, but nothing major. Only have had a few decent rain since, but so far so good definitely better than the major issues I had before! Would hire again based on performance thus far!

Everything about this process was great. a well known reputable company. cost below what I had expected to pay. prompt professional installation done right the first time. I am so glad he recommended going with the 6" gutters instead of the 5" that were on the house. when I saw them side by side I couldn't believe the difference in size and thickness of the gutters. Thumbs UP!

It was great. They are just smart. I wasn't home. I think there were a couple workers. It was perfect. They were good.

I originally gave a negative review based on the company not handling the downspouts correctly and being unresponsive. Since my review they did contact us and came back and handled the problem.

Quick and easy!

Got estimate (1800 dollars) They then bumped it to 2800 . I hesitated. When I called later they wouldn't come to Muskogee!Called back said it was an error.
