Lowest of 3 bids. I normally take the middle, but Steve really seemed to have his act together. I did have to ask some follow up questions to confirm the scope of the estimate. They might enhance the quote form to include more details (type of materials, labor included, etc). But there’s no doubt they took care of business, even after a couple of severe weather delays.
