"It was fast. Everything was good. They showed up when they said they were going to. The designer specified the work on the particular project. The owner showed up. They did the job, which the owner wanted without adjusting the price."

"The people here are truly wonderful. They listened to my needs and gave me a fair price. I am so happy with their professionalism and their care on my home's project that I would call them again in an instant for future work needing to be done. This company is one I feel you can really trust and to me that's priceless."

"Lucas is very courteous, brings all of his own supplies and equipment. He arrived at the scheduled times, even after a reschedule, he's thorough and works fairly quick. He did a great job cleaning the upstairs bathroom and removed a lot of mineral and soap build up in the shower stall which took a lot of time and effort. He also did a very good job of cleaning, dusting and vacuuming, but missed a few places when dusting and vacuuming. Overall, I'm very satisfied with his work, and will continue to use him."

"This company is very willing to follow instructions and work hard. They have other services that I have not used as yet, such as carpet cleaning and laundry services. They bring their own cleaning supplies, but use my vacuum. After they are finished , they do a walk through with me to check to see if I am satisfied with their work. I feel I get a good value for the money paid.

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Professionals use various tools and cleaning solutions based on the type of floor they’re cleaning. They often use industrial steam cleaners to pull debris out of the carpet. For localized stains, they may use a commercial cleaner or a mixture of water, vinegar, and dish soap. For tile, they’ll typically use dish soap and hot water, plus a mixture of baking soda and hot water for the grout. For cleaning wood floors, they might use a low-heat steamer, a mop with an oil wood floor cleaner, or a mixture of hot water, vinegar, and lemon juice.

There are many benefits to hiring a professional floor cleaner. First, these flooring pros know the right chemicals for your flooring type, which is essential for its longevity. Likewise, they have the proper deep-cleaning equipment, which is often more complex than a mop or broom. Not only that, but deep cleaning your floors can be a time-consuming process, and by hiring a professional, you can spend that time on other home improvement projects.

If your floor is still sticky after mopping, chances are you used too much or too little of the cleaning solution. Using too little won’t get all of the grime off, but using too much can leave its own residue. Refer to the cleaning solution’s instructions and dilute it as directed.

Before installing shoe molding, evaluate redoing or refinishing any floors and painting your walls or baseboard before putting on your shoe molding. If you don’t already have baseboard trim, you should install that before adding shoe molding. Shoe molding is the final touch. Additionally, a carpenter or other professional that’s installing shoe molding might also give you a deal on installing crown molding and replacing other trim if you get them done at the same time.

Yes, vinegar and water can strip wax. For a DIY wax stripper, mix about a quarter cup of vinegar with one gallon of warm water. You can also mix one cup of cream of tartar, one cup of white vinegar, and one gallon of water. Before using it on a large area of the floor, you should test it in an inconspicuous place to make sure it works like you want it to.
