"Ken is a very nice man. He arrived on time and took care of cleaning my carpets quickly. I periodically interrupted him to ask questions or to guide him on tough areas and he never demonstrated irritation. Ken went beyond expectations by instructing me on regular carpet care, i.e. how to vacuum my carpet to get the best results in-between cleanings. I learned a few new tricks thanks to him. Also, Ken saw areas in the house that I might want additional assistance. Without being pushy Ken had a camera in his truck and showed me before-and-after pictures on stone/tile enhancers. We also talked about my challenges in cleaning the black granite counter-tops and he sent me an email the very next day with link to a product that he has found helpful.
