Forever Floors is a fantastically run, women owned, small business. I contacted them with an insurance estimate, but also expanded the amount of flooring to replace due to some remodeling. Additionally, the flooring crew had to work around the general contractor time frame as well as the presence of animals (cat) in the home. I couldn't have asked for a more punctual and thorough crew. They were ever mindful of my pets (that is REALLY important as others doing work were not as considerate). The job took 3 days, total. They were careful with removing and reinstalling the baseboards. moving furniture around as well as breaking up old ceramic tile for replacement. The crew kept all work areas clean and free of any debris - again, really important with cats. I LOVE my new flooring and can't speak highly enough of Forever Floors.

From start to finish, this project went as well as it possibly could have! I was given great advice as to the best carpet choice for my home and family. All employees were extremely professional and very friendly and helpful. All of my questions and communications were promptly answered, and everything fell right in line exactly according to plan. Price was great, with no hidden fees or extra charges that were routine in other companies. The installers did outstanding work, taking only two days for this large project, and the result is beautiful. Photos would not do it justice! I recommend this business wholeheartedly, for all flooring needs!

Employees/company were going to install the floor without underlayment, but I caught them in time and insisted on doing it properly, with underlayment. I had researched installing this type of flooring and 100% of professionals put in underlayment. They sawed one part of a wide decorative board to fit the flooring under it, but sawed it very uneven, leaving a large gap between board and floor and did not bother correcting that. Also, the piece that covers where the carpet meets the "pergo" was not properly attached and pops up. The worker saw it was doing that before he left, but it was late, they were tired and just left it that way (I assumed he would fix it, so did not stay to confirm, since he knew I saw it). The biggest issue is that they left debris on the floor and laid over it, so we now have a noticeable BUMP. I will say, though, that the workers were all friendly, though only one could speak English and we got to met his lovely wife and child at the end of the day.

After a few issues with the initial installers, they sent out different installers and they fixed the problem perfectly. We love our new carpet now.

Like their product but went with a lower estimate. The estimate didn't take long and sales person was professional in her estimate and showed some good products that she brought with her.

They did everything they promised and the time they promised. They were on time and very professional. They returned my calls when I had concerns. They were very nice. They were great.
