"Water creations did a great job on my new inground liner replacement, the whole crew was extremely friendly and the head crew leader guy who installed our liner answered all our questions (as first time pool owners, we had a lot!) and seemed extremely knowledgeable about his trade, they had the old, nasty, original liner ripped out and the new liner installed in the same day, all in all I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done for a vinyl liner pool. Edit: apparently the head guy who installed our new liner, was the owner of the company, as they do all their work in-house and don't use any subcontractors. (I wasn't aware of that, but I like it) Liner looks great! I will continue to use you from now on for any future needs we may need. Thanks guys!"

Pool and Spa Servicing questions, answered by experts

Yes, hot tubs can use a significant amount of electricity, primarily to keep the water heated. A typical hot tub uses between 1,500 and 6,000 watts, and the pump can add another 1,500 watts. This usage can result in a monthly cost of around $20 to $30. The exact amount of electricity consumed depends on several factors, including the hot tub's age, size, heater voltage (120V vs. 240V), usage habits, and thermostat setting. Newer, energy-efficient models generally use less power than older ones. To reduce electricity costs, consider investing in an energy-efficient model, using a quality insulated cover with a thermal blanket, and keeping the filters clean.

Shocking your hot tub means adding extra chemicals to the water. Most spa experts recommend doing this once a week for proper hot tub maintenance, but you can do it more if needed. Shocking has multiple benefits, including preventing the water from becoming murky and it’s essential in removing harmful bacteria from the water.

Yes, they provide full-service inspections, identifying and resolving any potential equipment problems.

You should drain your hot tub three to four times a year to give it a thorough cleaning. This should take about an hour, but it depends on the size of your tub.

The cost to repair a hot tub or spa ranges from about $170 to $550, depending on the repairs needed. Some of the most common hot tub repairs include leaks, clogged filters, and tripped GFCI breakers. If it’s an electrical problem, you should contact a professional hot tub repair service. Don’t DIY electrical repairs on a hot tub, as poorly repaired wiring can make the hot tub a serious electrocution hazard.
