Payton and Lay's Electric are absolutely outstanding! Initially I called Payton to have him verify that the electricity was properly run before the installation of a new heat pump/HVAC system (installed by Dusty and American Heating & Air - exemplary company and Dusty himself defines the word) prior to listing my house in Ochelata, OK for sale. I subsequently called Payton for different electrical services, questions and opinions and he always responded to me immediately with answers or with a time that he'd be out to check on my issue. Lay's only charged me for service calls the 2-3 times Payton actually had to come out to the house because thankfully the issues were minor but the service and peace of mind I got from knowing that I'd get a professional competent RAPID response from Lay's Electric was and is priceless. Ultimately, he designed a 400 amp system, capable of supporting simultaneous use of every possible equipment scenario:14’ BIG fan, 2 post lift, tankless hot water heater, washer / dryer, refrigerator, shop heaters, office mini split, 20 high bay lights, welding station, 3 overhead doors, 8 recessed ceiling lights among office & bathroom, 6 exterior security lights, TONS of electrical outlets & MORE. Lays Electric has been serving the Bartlesville area for 51 years. During the first week, we got to witness 3 generations of Lay electricians working to bring our business's dream to reality. Even before we awarded the bid to Lays, Payton invested time learning about our needs & guiding us through the PSO field engineer site approval process. Hands down, Lays Electric has been THE MOST reliable of any party involved with the build. They kept us informed of the sequence of events & always worked exactly when they said they would be. Communication by phone, email & text was excellent. The same high level of professionalism was shown to each member our family, whether old, young, male or female… We were ALL treated with respect, which was not necessarily the case when obtaining initial bids from their competitors. We are EXTREMELY pleased with our experience & HIGHLY recommend Lays Electric to everyone.

The gentleman that came out was very professional and did a great job. Since I was a new customer the service price posted on this review is lower than usual.
