Go ahead and read all the terrible recent reviews of their horrible services Attached is the only photo they provided after charging an elderly woman $8,500 and leaving her with an open loop system for weeks. The open loop caused extensive damage due to their incompetence."

"Baker Pool originally installed our pool We had rust spots on our pool deck so I started the (long) process of getting it fixed. I called and emailed for over a month before Baker Pool finally agreed to send someone out to look at it. We scheduled the fix and they sent out 2 people to patch the area. It looks HORRIBLE. The plaster color doesn't even come close to matching . It looks so bad, I'd rather have the rust spots. When I tried to get something done, the service mgr basically said nothing could be done. The problem...No one told me it would look this bad. If they had, I would not have done it. This company has VERY POOR communication. It seems to be headed downhill. I even spoke with the owner twice about the issue. He was belligerent and condescending. I won't be spending anymore money here and will find a reputable company to fix my ledge and anything else that is pool related"
