When Tom called and offered service. My 1st ques was, does work include chemicals. He told me yes. $65/wk. And came out. Unfortunately, I was nothome. And.came.afterwards because he insisted I pay the same day he first came out, 24th. It was not till afterwards when he told me to put in shock and tabs that I realized he did not tell me the truth. I stated then, that I asked him initially about if $65/wkly included chems. Br. That is the ONLY reason why I moved forward with him. but now a whole new different response. But because I was desperate and wanted help. I caved in. Then he told me it has to be a month in adv. But I could cancel. But then he reneges. At that time. He told me to shock it and he would.be back on Friday. To get Algeside. When I went to Coral Pools for the first time ever, they asked several questions plus wanted to see pics. The Owner of Coral Pools.suggested I use Yellow Shock...not Algeside Pro 60. Immed i.called and sent text to Tom to inform what Owner suggested, which was to treat orange-brown Algea. But yo no avail. So, I did not either and would wait to hear from him, esp since location is only 15 min away. Left there to go to appts. It was before lunch. It was not until 4p that Tom informed me his guys would be out or were there at my house. BUT never said anything about chemicals. When I got home, I seen they were there, but pool was not thoroughly brushed/scrubbed. I informed Tom immed before going back to Coral Pools. No response. So I went back to Coral Pools before they closed. This time with water sample and more pics. Per those things, the Owner suggested I get Yellow shock for brown-orange algae not green. And gave me instructions. Still no response from Tom after texting and calling, Bec I wanted them to come back to finish and complete brushing. Bec it was NOT thoroughly done. Still lots of spots....less than 3 hrs later after they came. I had pics and videos to show proof it was done properly and thoroughly. And pee I structions from Owner, it has to be thoroughly brushed and scrubbed of Algea off walls before applying chems. No response from Tom. So I had to do it on Sat. It took more than an hour...nearly 2 hours. Even Coral Pools employees says, it was not cleaned properly and for me to do it before adding chems. Per pics from Owner. I sent Tom. Fast-forward. He finally responds Sun, 4pm. To say someone works on Wed thru Sat. There is no way in going to wait that long Or after. It was not a promise for Wed, but just spoken that he is avail Wed thru Sat. Which makes no sense why he waited till Sun to respond IF supposedly, his help is avail Wed thru Sat. Today, going back and forth. NOW a totally diff entity of Tom is responding to NOW lie to me. NOW to say, he does not do cash refunds. NOW to tell me, I cannot cancel till Sep 1. NOW telling me, basically my only option is to let him work on my pool in Aug. NOW, blaming me because chems was not availaible, but brushing and scrubbing the pool thoroughly has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with chemicals. NOW he is making up stuff he has never said to me before. NOW gibberish about 3 hrs left and labor or driving time. Which was never spoken of before. I WANT A REFUND OF $305. Bec work was not finished, plus they used my equipment. I have proof in pics and cameras. And I have receipts of payment in cash given to him, $305.00, ATM receipt and bank statement. As well as water test and instructions from Owner to use and purchase Yellow shock for brown algae...NOT Green, WHICH IS WAY WORSE. As well as texts from Tom today. I asked him for a REFUND because he said I could cancel. But now has reneged. And have lied about a few things.
