"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"First they did more, than the choice I was given;my wife passed away and we had plans on a kitchen remodel, floors , paint and carpet, also some windows and doors. And I showed him the plans she had, and the colors and what we were going for, Metroplex came in and took the house that was stuck in the 80’s and brought it to modern day. The crews have attention to detail and do things in areas that no one will see, they are not the cheapest, but quality is not cheap! I was keep informed of all steps and they made a stressful time as easy as possible."

She went above and beyond and spent a great deal of time working with my husband and my differences to ensure that we have the best ultimate design that fits our needs. She exceeded our expectations of design work and amazed us with her creative and thoughtful designs.
