(6) Brick & Stone: Remove all misc. trash and brick debris (7) Interior Trim: Remove trim debris and clean out dust for painters. (8) Remove Lot Debris: Remove lot debris before final grader starts “Pulling forms is an extra bid" (9) Painters Paper: Remove painters paper from garage. (10) Trades Trash: Clean out garage of boxes/misc, spot scrape floor and sweep good for carpet installers. (11) Carpet Remnants: Remove carpet remnants and trades final debris.
