"Hired for generator install. Great service. Super nice guys and they kept me informed every step of the way."

"They were very professional and made sure throughout the installation of new fixtures I was satisfied or wish to make a change. Would hire them in the future."

"This is the 2nd time I have used Safe Electric and both times I have used them have been great experiences. I had 3 new fixtures installed plus a new circuit run to be used for a new freezer in our finished basement. Jon & Eric were the two electricians that were sent to my home. They worked efficiently and quickly, but did outstanding work. Even though our basement had a finished ceiling, they were able to run a wire through with minimal disruption to the finished ceiling. I had concerns about the alignment of the lights on the fixture (this was a manufacturing defect and nothing to do with their installation) and they obliged me by improving the light alignment. They also cleaned up after they were completed and disposed of the old light fixtures and packaging materials for the new fixtures. Their work was excellent. The only negative aspect was the price which seemed very high to me. The cost for installation of the 3 light fixtures was $462 and the new circuit was $903."

"Installed a ceiling fan in 30 minutes. Informed me that the previous ceiling fan installed by another electrical company was installed without all the screws and the ceiling fan was the wrong type for a slanted ceiling fan it was a dangerous situation for me. He was courteous, prompt, competent and professional. He does maintenance work also and I hired him for some other projects"

"We had a panel swap out. Bryan was quick to respond to my inquiry. He had to involve AEP and the city inspector on the day of the install. They did a great job and were very quick! I highly recommend anyone in need of electrical work to contact Steller Electric."

"Scheduling with Breeze was super simple and they were able to accommodate my busy schedule. My technician was polite and was able to trouble shoot errors that a previous electrician made. I wish I had used them to begin with. The Generator was Installed in one afternoon too! As for pricing I thought they were average. You get what you pay for though, they do quality work so I donâ t mind paying a little more. Less headaches in the long run!!!"

"I need to review the ENTIRE technician crew, because a=they all came and worked at our house. Our line broke the week before Thanksgiving. They worked very hard to make sure we had running water and indoor plumbing to host our family Thanksgiving. The crews working at other locations were supposed to go home early and start to enjoy their holiday, but, instead every crew came over and made sure the job got done at our house. They all worked so hard and I can't thank them enough. Josh was our initial supervisor and then we ended up having the technician crew working to get our job done."

We want you to know that we are very pleased with the quality of service Undefined Heights Electrical & Data LLC provided. I was impressed from our first appointment. Your estimate was not only the most affordable compared to the other four companies I received estimates from, but it was the most detailed. I really appreciated the time spent on educating me on your solution for our electrical work needed. This made me understand the process and reasons of the work that needed to be done. I felt confident I was making the right decision.

Not only were you the most affordable and offered the best long term solution, but you saved me money by being honest and not adding additional unnecessary costs. You also went above and beyond by adding a few extras that made my life easier. We sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and the way you conduct business. Your team completed this project on schedule. They were extremely professional and diligent during our tedious project. I was also surprised by how hands on you were, and it was a pleasant surprise to have you on site.

I admire your tenacity, I?m still shocked at the fact that you worked outside during a sever e thunderstorm to get the job done on time.  This was a complicated job, you understood the sense of urgency and you were efficient enough to get it done in a day. Inspection passed with flying colors.

We will be recommending Undefined Heights Electrical & Data LLC to others because of our satisfaction with your service. We look forward to doing business with you for years to come. Undefined Heights Electrical & Data LLC is officially my go to company for any electrical issues I encounter for my primary residence and investment properties.
