"Mike Powers responded to my query within seconds. I hadn't even had a chance to create my Angi password yet. Unlike other contractors, he gave me a quote within a week. (One contractor came out twice, then never gave me a quote or answered my follow-up emails. Guess he didn't want my business.) The biggest delay was obtaining the generator I wanted, a Kohler instead of a Generac. But everything was great on Mike's end.
