"The answer is in the details. This was a very large remodel and Steve and Frank took care of even the smallest of details. Often over the 9 week remodel I would wonder if they would caulk here... or put molding here... or paint here... etc. And a couple of days later, everything was always taken care of without me having to mention anything. It went extremely well. Jason was kind enough to allow me to walk with him during his evaluation, which I know can be annoying to some contractors. But not Jason - he was kind and professional the whole time. He explained every review he was making, what he was looking for, and how he would be able to help us not only get up to code, but make it safe and sleek. He was incredibly detailed, and his report was wonderfully presented and easy to follow.
