They bent and knocked my hanging flower box off and spilled the flowers without repairing it. But they removed 2 broken trees and three dropped limbs and cleared the area well."

They drove off to get a rope initially and came back with a small diameter yellow nylon rope. They tied it low on the tree, cut it wrong and it fell onto my house.
