The work was performed quickly, but they did have to come back and fix the drainage issue, as they had set the drain as one of the high spots in the basement, not the lowest. "I am writing this review to inform prospective customers that Stay Dry Waterproofing Marysville is not what they portray on their website. Although Stay Dry has had good reviews from home improvement websites in the past, their current quality and customer service levels do not meet the good review comments they once received. I contracted with Stay Dry to clean up a mold problem I had in my basement and cracking problem I had on my front basement wall. I was told by the Stay Dry representative that they would dig down from the exterior of my home to the point where my exterior wall met my basement floor and would fill all cracks apparent on the exterior and interior wall. I was told this needed to be done in this manner to prevent water from seeping through the crack from the top of the wall to the bottom of the wall in the future. When the work was being completed, the Stay Dry foreman told me that they only dig down three individual cement blocks. He said they were not going to dig"

"The work was done efficiently and the gentlemen that installed the items were very friendly. The issue that I have is that I was quoted $139 to install the sink. I told them they I needed new shut off valves. They quoted me an additional $80. I thought ok, the calves are listed on Amazon for $7.99 each. $32 each to install seemed a little steep but I could live with it. Then when the job was finished I was charged $80 to install them and an addional $60 for the valves. Good work but I will not be calling them for service again. "

"Everdry came to my home for a consultation, where we discovered a mold issue. We were informed that they would eradicate it, fix the leakage issue, and waterproof the basement. Upon learning this, we accepted their bid on July 28th. We were originally looking at starting the process in October, but they persuaded us to start on September 17th and offered us a lower price to start the process earlier. I felt like they were being pushy, and I was not prepared for them to start that soon. On the day they showed up, I was going to take some time to clear the area myself, but they were being aggressive and told me that they didn't have time for that. I received a call from Cierra asking if her team had started the project or if I had met Malachi (the supervisor). I had not, but they did start the project. Malachi was supposed to walk me through the process, but he never introduced himself to me. On day two, my home health aid witnessed the workers smoking weed on my property. They also destroyed my lawn and did not dispose of their waste. They didn't let me know that they were leaving for the day or anything. On day three, they claimed that they were wrapping up the project. I finally met Malachi, but he still did not formally walk me through the process. He didn't explain anything to me, but he demanded that I sign their paperwork. I refused because I was not satisfied with the job that was done. I asked to speak to his superiors, and he verbally accosted me. When I checked the work myself, I noticed that the leakage issue was not resolved. I spoke to Ted from Everdry, and he admitted that the work they did was subpar. The following day, I spoke with Ted's superiors, and he also sided with me, but they did not offer a reasonable solution. I felt like I was being discriminated against because of my neighborhood. I also feel like they violated me and my property."
