Neatnics did a superb job and had all of the tools to perform the job in one setting ( My husband was very impressed with all of the saws he had). "I called Mark from Angie's list recommendation.  He answered the phone and said he could come the same day to give me an estimate.  He said he could complete the job in one day and the price would be $450 for 3 rooms. 
It took me 12 hours to clean walls, patch holes and paint 1 room(without doing baseboards).  Mark and his assistant  Adam did 3 rooms and  baseboards in 7 1/2 hours.  I couldn't believe it.  He also did the baseboards in the room that I painted at no additional charge. 
Mark and Adam were very friendly and extremely polite.  They worked diligently and professionally and only took a 15 min. break.
