"The guys showed up on time and ready to get it done. They repaired the area that needed done and painted the ceiling and wall in about 4 hours. I did call them and asked that they come back because I thought that I saw something on the wall. JP explained what happened and 5 minutes later, I was totally happy! My only issue was being charged for a gallon of ceiling paint out of a 5 gallon bucket. I raised this issue with Brian and he adjusted my bill. I explained that customers will not be happy with how he did that part of his business and he said that he would reconsider how he deals with ceiling paint in the future. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."
