One company wanted to install hollow base molding for $1800.00 and one company wanted to charge us $18,000.00!!! After meeting with Jerry from Buckeye Waterproofing we were very much at ease. "There was no blockage, but found out that the original install of the vent system hand too many bends and this caused the sensor to go off.  Had the original installer back and corrected the problem.
