Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. "I used their landscaping and their handyman services.I am very pleased with both and continue using them year over year. I use them to trim my bushes, spring and fall cleanups and plant ornamental plants when required and to do the edging and mulch replacement. Their attention to detail is excellent and their prices are very affordable. For home repairs I used them for a soffit replacement, installation of a garden light pole, replacement of damaged siding and gutter repairs, all done above professional level. "The sealing of the foundation went well, I am very pleased with that. The pipe replacement happened within a few days of them telling me they would get it done. However when they cut through the pipe, they also cut through my siding! I called the sales guy I had been dealing with, Paul, and he said he would pay for the repairs or they could send someone out. That was 1/12/19 I had a handy man ready to drywall the wall, so I had my guy fix their mistake and let them know it would be $100.00 for the repair. Paul said they would credit my credit card. It has now been 2 weeks and my I have not received my refund."
