"This project went about as well as I could have hoped for. Their sales contact was very informative and took the time to explain how this process works. Their prices were on the lower end of the quotes I had received. All in about $7,000 to waterproof my entire basement. They were professional, timely, and communicative. "The sealing of the foundation went well, I am very pleased with that. The pipe replacement happened within a few days of them telling me they would get it done. However when they cut through the pipe, they also cut through my siding! I called the sales guy I had been dealing with, Paul, and he said he would pay for the repairs or they could send someone out. That was 1/12/19 I had a handy man ready to drywall the wall, so I had my guy fix their mistake and let them know it would be $100.00 for the repair. Paul said they would credit my credit card. It has now been 2 weeks and my I have not received my refund."
