Mid state basement systems had the best and most fair pricing. They did not use any scare tactics and were upfront and honest. They were also the only company to use a laser level and show me the sag difference in my joists that I was experiencing. I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. "I used their landscaping and their handyman services.I am very pleased with both and continue using them year over year. I use them to trim my bushes, spring and fall cleanups and plant ornamental plants when required and to do the edging and mulch replacement. Their attention to detail is excellent and their prices are very affordable. For home repairs I used them for a soffit replacement, installation of a garden light pole, replacement of damaged siding and gutter repairs, all done above professional level. "Chris & CJ from Stay Dry repaired a leak in our exterior gutter drain system that was originally installed by Stay Dry in 2021. They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers. This 5 star review is for Chris' & CJ's performance only. Cost is unknown as our condo assn would handle costs, if any. Should be zero as this should be warranty work."

Clean up was good, dirt and grass were replaced to cover underground drain pipes. Great job, would use this company again."
