Was not allowed input on tank brand. Tank was built wrong. Wright's still installed. Charged for my own material (blk gas pipe). Had to have leak stop 2 days later. A second leak occurred after that. Poor workmenship. Avoid at all cost!

Arrived during a level 2 snow emergency. Great. Price for repair. Median. Communication. Ok. 65.00 call fee. 70.00 per hr labor.

We were very pleased with this company, which was recommended by my parents who have used them through two houses.  Even though it was around the holidays and they were swamped, they made every effort to come quickly each time we called.  They tried to save us money by avoiding to replace a part through three visits, until it was obvious that replacing the part would be the only option, but only charged us for the first instance of labor out of the four visits.  In the meantime, they cleaned the furnace and vents and un-installed and re-installed pieces.  
They were more than fair, completely honest, incredibly friendly, and very conscientious.  Not only would I recommend them again, but we have already asked them to install a heating system in our semi-finished attic.  We anticipate the same quality of experience, and when that is confirmed, it is hard to imagine using another company again.
