stack the ac drain was tapped into. Air Excellence came out the afternoon we
called and reported the leak, checked the ac system and determined the leak wasn?t
caused by the ac. Turns out the leak was caused by faulty plumbing. We received
no invoice from Air Excellence for that emergence call.

"Bryant was 26 years old at time of service, he had 7yrs of experience with hvac, he just suggested that system was old, had leak in coil from pan being rusty. Just because a person looks young or is young has nothing to do with his performance as a technician. We use flat rate pricing and customer was told price before any work is done. He did check drain and found not plugged. He was not texting on phone we have system on phone for entering information and checking what job he has scheduled next on his list. Invoiced was signed prior to work being preformed."

two ac units (after we had another ac repairman in). They charged the main ac
since it was low on Freon and then checked the rest of the system.
Based on our initial experience with them, we had them back out to
insulate the main ac to reduce condensation flowing into the unit (to prevent
rusting and extend the life of the unit) and had them properly install a drip
pan, shut off and filter system for the second ac that was obviously not
installed correctly. Second service took most of a day ad was $1400 for parts
and labor.
We will be using them for our hvac needs in the future.
My furnace quit working of all days Sunday! Contacted Air Excellence for repairs. From the time of the phone call to completed service only 3 hours. Very impressed and please with this company. The service tech (Bryon) was excellent. I highly recommend Air Excellence!
Installers were very personable and professional and cleaned up the area well after installation. When a problem developed the next day, they responded quickly and fixed the problem.
I cannot yet speak to the quality of the new furnace because it was installed in the summer. The company seems to provide only Trane furnaces so options are limited. I have never had a Trane before, only a Carrier, but I'm hoping this brand works well. I feel reasonably sure that the provider would respond quickly and effectively should problems occur.
