"Over the past 13 years I have had numerous contractors work on my 7 rental properties. but Gary Brown has surpassed them all in quality of craftmanship, time taken to complete the job, and price. For this project he and his crew did the following: Sided (vinyl) and reroofed a laundry room addition, reroofed one side of the main roof, power washed and stained the deck, reinstalled faulty gutters, and came up with a creative solution for the six columns that hold up the front porch, adding metal "feet," and wood trim and then painting them and the entire porch, making the neighbors very happy. The roof over the laundry roof had to be raised to give it a better pitch, something I hadn't thought of as a way to stop the leaking once and for all. Gary sent me digital Before and After pictures from his computer. This was great because I live 10 hours away and couldn't actually visit the site.
