He and his brother installed a new unit for me. They were very professional, did an excellent job installing the unit and cleaned up in my house around the area afterward. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"They corrected issues with insufficient drainage of water from downspouts by installing drains to release water much further from the house. Water had been leaking past the water main and ground loops for our ground source heat pump into our basement. The only issue was they didn’t include tamping, seeding etc. for where they trenched the new drain lines, so you need ti do that yourself or contract another provider."
