"Had a water leak in my front yard from a broken pipe. ADKINS plumbing was the only company that could come out the day we discovered the leak. Jarrod and his helper worked until 10:00 at night putting in a new water line so we could have water service restored the same day. They came back the next day and filled in the hole they dug the previous day and did their best to put the sod back in its place. Jarrod and his helper were both courteous and considerate of my property and concerns when they did the work. Their price was reasonable."

I agreed to use the company and gave him a down payment for the work and the work was scheduled for June 22 and 23. But I was notified June 21 to reschedule because of a problem with the permit. After several phone calls to the city permit office by me, work was approved for June 23. Brandon and Jabari did a nice job, others came from OBA to help with the plumbing and inspect the work. There were a few problems after the work was done (no hot water, leak in the faucet that does to the washer) that were addressed by OBA the next day or the next week. I really appreciate OBA and the follow up that they provide to make things right, Jeremiah was very helpful. It is a messy job but they cleaned up the area very nicely after they were finished."
