Kelly did an incredible job! We had her paint almost the entire house and it looks wonderful. We felt we their cost was extremely fair. She worked so quick and was finished early. We are so happy with the result and would highly recommend them!

100 year old house with lead paint issues as well as extensive surface preparation. Also some trim and stucco replacement were required on this 2 1/2 story english tudor home. The work was excellent in all respects with special attention to detail. The work included painting a two car garage and replacing the two garage doors. Both Kelly and Josh are professionals in their attention to details regarding this job.

Before doing the work, Gillespie Development gave me advice about what needed done. They then asked me what I wanted to do. I have worked with other contractors that just did what they wanted to do and charged a lot for the work. I appreciated their advice, but also appreciated them allowing me to make the final decision. They did great work for a great price.
