We had to delay the pour while waiting on a variance from the city. Shawn stayed in touch and honored the quote. He gave good input on what to consider while deciding where to place the pad and they graded the surroundings to help control rainwater runoff. The pad looks beautiful. Shawn, Sergio and crew were timely and left the site neat and clean, though there were a few nails from the frame, no big deal.
