(All other concrete workers I observed in other locations had either a tarp or other item to shake off the excess concrete. Next: damaging my main beam that supports the awning over the patio. The center of the beam. Therefore the center beam was not able to be replaced. Next, my side gate was not reinstalled properly. The posts are too close and offset. They bent the latch to make it fit. Then they sealed the drain for the downspout for the gu"

"i was looking to replace a 35 year old driveway, Mardan Cement was recommended to me. I called and left a message to please contact me. Within a few hours i had a call back from Dan (owner) of the company. We set up appointment for him to come out and look over the project. He did a full measurement and gave me on the spot proposal. I had contacted 3 other companies, 1 was a no show, 1 was super high, and the last I had to call 3/4 times to ask for the quote. He told me he was bad at getting quotes out. needless to say Mardan got the job. On Saturday 7/22 received a call from Dan that they would like to start the job on Monday 7/24 around 11:30. True to his word the trucks,equipment and man power showed up. A good portion of the service walk way and old drive way were removed by 4:00pm. Tuesday the remainder for the driveway was gone, forms were in place and the gravel base were in place for inspection. The crew showed up at 7:30 Wednesday and the first load of cement followed around 8:00. By 3:30 that day we had a completed job. I only recommend people and companies that I know like and trust.
