I will not hesitate to recommend them and sing their praises. Happy that my vertigo, light headedness, headaches and leg cramps have diminished, NOW, I can enjoy a good nights sleep. OVER THE MOON HAPPY. We had an emergency situation and needed a situation tested ASAP. Syon, the co-owner, came out within a couple hours and worked on a Friday evening until all was addressed. Positive attitude, no complaining, no whining. Very professional and effective. Good pricing, too.

Knowledgeable and honest

Got a consultation just to be safe after a toilet overflowed upstairs. Consultant was nice and said everything looked clean until he checked the under house AC unit. The drain line to the air box was backed up and caused a small leak. Based on seeing a small amount of mold on the outside of the box, he recommended a $5000, 3 day bombing of the house. I had an AC guy come out the next day and open the unit and clear the block. NO MOLD detected and I had him install a UV scrubber for $400. Free consultations are rarely free and it seemed like he just wanted to make a sale? on a side note, I had Mr Mold come out after the AC guy and he detected no mold and didn?t try to sell me anything.

Daniel and Brandon are wonderful to work with. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. This is our second time working with them and we highly recommend them for mold testing and treatment.

I brought in multiple vendors for advice and quotes before deciding to use Pure Air NC. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and super patient with me throughout this whole process. Answering all of my questions.

Daniel and Jacob (I believe the name is correct) provided excellent professional and very knowlegable service. Afterthe testing was completed, Daniel said I could call him anytime. This project began March 2021 and I have taken advantage of calling Daniel many times as this has been an on-going issue with my apartment who is constantly asking me when I planned on moving!!! Black toxic mold entered my apartment from the unit above me had break in their kitchen sink pipe which fell through onto my kitchen cabinet. I have hired an attorney to assist me because management refused to have my unit re-tested to insure the mold level in my unit is gone. I would highly recomment Pure Air to anyone....I was impressed and very pleased wiith the service they provided.

Great to work with

We were very pleased with our service from Pure Air Brandon explained everything he was doing and why. He was very personable and professional. We are currently waiting on the results of the test he did. Daniel was great in setting up the appointment and even when we had a conflict and had to change it. I was surprised but pleased to discover the inspection was free and the rate for the test I thought was reasonable. We can highly recommended them without reservation.
