At The Bath Authority, we put our customers first… a lot of companies might say this but we live it! Our entire bathroom remodeling team from the founders of The Bath Authority to our production department, sales team, customer service reps, and installers, are solely focused on the customer first!
"Poor communication. First contractor was apparently on probation. Showed up after 10 (even though we were told 8-10) and left at 3:30. Needed 3rd day and then no showed. Mangers claimed to not know what was happening. Glass for job not part of 2-day commitment?? Overpriced. No breakdown of pricing. Poorly handled when I went into showroom to speak face-to-face with someone. It’s a gimmick company. Find a local handy person from friends/family/neighbors."
