Poor communication. First contractor was apparently on probation. Showed up after 10 (even though we were told 8-10) and left at 3:30. Needed 3rd day and then no showed. Mangers claimed to not know what was happening. Glass for job not part of 2-day commitment?? Overpriced. No breakdown of pricing. Poorly handled when I went into showroom to speak face-to-face with someone. It’s a gimmick company. Find a local handy person from friends/family/neighbors.

I had a tub to shower conversion. The product was delivered and installed on time as promised. There was a small error on the billing and it was corrected in 24 hrs! I highly recommend The Bath Authority. The people are great to work with and listen to what you have to say. My shower looks fantastic and was completed in 1-1/2 days. My installer, Alexander, was timely, professional and reliable. Nothing was left undone. He did a great job.

Everything went great! They were very professional and respectful of the property. I was extremely happy that the installation was a week or two ahead of when I thought it would actually get done. The workmanship and finishing was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone!

Took 4 visits after shower put in to house to get leak fix . The leak was dripping into electrical outlet. Scheduling to get repair done was hard because we either had to take time off work or reschedule our work schedule.

Manificant. Technician, was on time, worked digilently to removed existing tub and install, ceiling, shower and appropriated add-ons. Perfect! I referred to my cousin and she is now signed with The Bath Authority to have her tub removed and shower install.

The grout around the base started out as clear and when he came to fix the grout in a few areas he used white and very uneven! The doors are a joke, you have to stick your finger in a hole to open the shower door!! I am letting everybody I know not to use them! I trusted Mimi’s and all of their 5 star reviews!! This is my first big purchase for a condo I bought - now I’m afraid to purchase anything else
