All costs were up front and if an issue arose (we knew some were there since our home was built in the 1800's) he gave us options and let us choose how to best remedy the issue. His price seemed too good to be true yet he was honest and got it done. What started as a bath tub to walk in shower change ended up a life saving floor joist change. The floor was soft and the wood had rotted out. He could have just worried about the shower yet he listened to my concern and fixed it all. Such a low added price for a toilet base that no longer leaks in the floor boards and a beautiful walk in shower that my mom can safely get in and out of.
