"On Thursday, 09/14/17, the company paved my 82' driveway from the garage to the street. The owner promised, as part of the job, to properly grade it. The job was completed, but two days later on Saturday, 09/16/17 I discovered that the asphalt paving was not properly graded to allow water from rain fall or snow melt to flow away from the garage's entrance toward the street. This grade's angle begins at a distance of 15' to 20' from the entrance of my garage. I contacted Joshua Wells, the owner on Saturday, 09/16/17 to advise him of the problem - even submitting a homemade video via text showing him that water poured from a bucket on this grade flows into the garage. He said he would see what he could do about it and told me not to worry. I contacted him again on Sunday, 09/17/17 and he said he would look at it the first chance and attend to the matter by the end the week. It rained hard the next day, Monday, 09/18/17 and again on Tuesday, 09/19/17. Water flowed in a steady stream into the garage each time. He called me back a day or so later and said he would be by to install a drain at the driveway near the entrance of garage to cause water to flow away from the garage. However, he advised a job came up that took him out of town and he had other commitments this week, but promised to to install the drain by Friday 09/29/17 - probably in the afternoon. I responded that that would be fine. When the drain is installed that should resolve the flooding issue. Will update at that time."

They left the lawn better than when they started, every day. It was immaculate. They were very thorough and detail oriented. They explained everything step by step. We never had to watch over them. They were very good to their client. And another thing about them is that they put their heart into their work, and it shows. They were really concerned about customer satisfaction, and they would always ask us what we think about every step that they are taking on the project. It was a superior experience."
