"They were quick to schedule and say they would be out to open and close my pool. I had to continually text and ask for updates on when they were coming to open the pool. This has happened again with closing and today he finally told me he was too far away to do the job. Very disappointed with their communication. They did a fine job when they did show up but getting them here was very hard."

"Very poor experience. I needed urgent septic repair for a relatively straight-forward fix and they charged way more than what’s considered reasonable. I would not recommend hiring them."

"Terrible , hired them in March with the promise that our job was the first of Duanes jobs this year, he constantly put us off and put us off to " do other jobs " and here we are in June with a torn up pool and yard that they did . How is that first ?? Please see photo below as to what Superior pools plus and Duane West left us with , they ruined our summer period ! This photo was taken on June 2nd when he abruptly text and quit the job !"
