Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Ron Voit has been my GO TO general contractor for the past five years. He has completed several projects in two of my homes. The projects have been both small and extensive. He is currently working on rebuilding a lanai that needs both structural framing and new windows, as well as raising a concrete floor and adding tile. Ron is a master carpenter and craftsman. His finish work is impeccable! He works directly with his contractors and he is here monitoring everything they are working on. His work ethic is beyond reproach. Ron meets with his clients as often as needed to totally understand the scope of what is wanted in the completed project. Ron attends to all minor details and makes suggestions and adjustments when necessary. There is no better person to hire for your needs than Ron Voit!!!! He is a super star!!!!

Ron evaluated our damaged pool access door quickly and installed a higher quality replacement door at a very reasonable price. Ron's professional installation and attention to detail was superb. We will certainly use Ron in the future for needed repairs or remodeling.

Couldn’t be happier with the renovation of our Florida home due to Ron Voit and his talented crew. Ron was knowledgeable, helpful and open to our ideas throughout the entire process. Being out of state during a majority of the renovation Ron updated us regularly with pictures and text. Our home now looks better than an advertisement for new homes. Highly recommend.

We hired Ron to add a master bathroom in an existing closet and also remodel existing guest bathroom. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of his work. He and his subs are very courteous, clean, punctual, and dependable. We were new to the area and unfamiliar with local codes and best practices and Ron was very helpful to guide us through the process from start to finish. He helped with design and was very flexible throughout the project as we changed plans multiple times. We found him to be very honest and straightforward. He is great with recommendations and ideas plus a great resource for potential structural concerns of our older home. We had to demolish and remove everything down to concrete slab and bare walls. His crew cut into existing slab to establish and re-route plumbing in a surprisingly clean and efficient process. I added extra job requests in the middle of the project(replacing doors, additional tile work, and wall repair) that he willingly and graciously completed. They tile work on the floors and showers was unbelievably good and down to exactly what we planned without any waste. Throughout the project we changed plans and timelines as we wanted particular hardware that sometimes created delays and Ron was great to work with. He always approached changes and challenges with a positive "we'll get it done" attitude. He completed most of the work when we were away from the home and we really appreciated his excellent communication with texts and pictures throughout every step. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend Ron Voit Construction.

Our 97 year old vacation cottage needed lots of repairs and some updating. We hired Ron Voit Construction to replace rotting wood on our carport, and rebuild the floor and replace posts on our front porch. Ron also replaced our old sunroom windows with hurricane windows. We were so pleased with the quality of his work, promptness, and clean-up that we ask him to completely remodel our bathroom while we went home for the summer. We absolutely had “no worries” about leaving Ron in full charge of our house while we were away. He communicated with us daily of the progress through calls, texts, and pictures. He removed and replaced the old sloping bathroom floor with all new wood making it nice and level. He removed the tub and built a tiled shower and made several other repairs. We made very specific requests about the tile and exposed plumbing. Ron only hires very skilled subs, and he made sure that all work was finished to our expectations. Ron also did an excellent job of combining the new surfaces with the old parts of the house, so not to loose the character that we so much wanted to keep. We are extremely happy with the results of all the jobs Ron has done for us! Next, he will be completely rebuilding our back deck. We highly recommend Ron Voit Construction!!! Bob and Teresa Green

Ron just complete my bathroom and it looks great. He is very professional and offered some great ideas for the remodel. He was very precise and neat. Always left the job area looking great. His subcontractor were very professional and the job was finished soon than expected. I would highly recommend Ron for all your Carpentry needs!

Ron did an excellent job. He took great care with the job, and was a pleasure to deal with. We were not on the premises at the time he was working on the lanai, and he sent us many updates and photos as he worked, which we really appreciated. I can recommend Ron highly.

Excellent! All work was done in accordance with the bid and in the specific time frame. Ron and all the subs were absolute professionals in their fields. Courteous, neat and clean. Did everything possible not to interrupt us during the entire project. Have highly recommended Ron to many of our neighbors and will continue to do so. We would certainly use him again if we have projects in the future.

Ron did a top-notch job repairing damage from a concealed water leak that had made a mess of part of our kitchen. He rebuilt two base cabinets, repaired drywall, tile, trim, and quartz tops. It looks great, as if nothing had ever happened. Ron was always punctual and professional, as were his subcontractors, without exception. Ron make it a point of pride to communicate frequently with the homeowner before, during and after the work. He actually performed almost all of the work while we were out of town and I had no concerns at all about our property or contents while we were away. As a licensed general contractor, Ron Voit Construction was entirely acceptable to our insurance company.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ron. He was always responsive and punctual. The permitting went smoothly, as well as all inspections. Ron insisted we keep our sink and stove in place as long as possible, so we would have a better quality of life (we lived through the renovation). He was so right! His subcontractors were all very pleasant and punctual and performed quality work. If something was important to me, it was important to Ron. I can recommend Ron's work without reservation. I love my new kitchen!

"Small kitchen remodel for some very nice people. We removed some upper cabinets to accomodate a taller fridge, then fabricated a new cabinet in the same style to fit the space next to it. New crown moulding around the top. The trick is to match the color and style so that it looks like it was always there. I think we pulled it off!"

Ron Voit is a true professional. On time , he cleaned up after working each day, and finished when he said he would. Performed his job exactly to the plan we outlined. We provided some of the materials and he did the rest. I can't say enough about what a great job he did! He was extremely nice as well to deal with. The cost was very reasonable. Everything went perfectly! Highest marks!! A+. Our beamed ceiling looks Amazing!

The work was completed on time and on budget. The work men were polite and professional, and the quality of the job was superb. Each window was re-trimmed on the inside. The only criticism I can think of was that the men at times forgot to put a cover over the walls while installing the windows from the inside. This resulted in some marking on the walls and a little touch-up paint afterwards.

This house has wonderful tall columns in the front; we were able to repair some rot at their base at minimal cost. We used the finest materials; P.G.T. vinyl impact windows, and hardie cement board siding and trim. We also put new window moulding on the inside, at no additional labor cost, and were more than happy to touch up a few dirty fingerprints."

The project went very well and was completed on time. Ron is very open and listens to ideas and advises feasibility and/or offers an alternative. In other words it is pleasure to work with him. His carpentry skills are excellent. All his custom built cabinrts were professionally done matching the 50s style that I wanted. His habit of keeping appointments on time were highly valued by me. He always cleans up his work area which is very much appreciated.

Ron is simply a superb craftsman and a pleasure to work with. He is prompt, thorough, neat and meticulous in his work. I could not have found a more ideal contractor and, in fact, am planning to have him do some more remodeling and painting soon. I do not recall the exact prices of his jobs but I do know they were very reasonable and well worth the result. The completed projects were done to perfection! I recommend Ron most highly.
