John did a poor job coating our chimney with stucco (cement). And once he had our check in hand, he never returned calls, and never returned to seal or to clean the chimney as promised. He comes across as a nice guy but his actions are opposite. It appears that our experience is similar to a lot of others. John is dishonest and I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND hiring him for anything!!!

They are crooks my wife paid for them to bring her paint the face. No paint do not answer there phone. Very irresponsible people and dishonest. Stay away from the crooks.

 after being charged sales tax I find out he don't file or pay the state the collected sales tax. He does not have a vendors license. Has a fake workers compensation certificate and has not filed any income taxes since 1994. This is an illegitimate business and he is a crook!!

John was on-time, worked quickly. He was extremely accommodating of my curious toddler, a big bonus in my book. He inspected our chimneys and determined they did not need to be cleaned at this time. He explained the use of my wood stove to me and offered to go upstairs to check a 3rd chimney damper, even though he did not inspect that chimney. He recommended some concrete work on the chimney; I'll have him perform that in the spring. Overall I was satisfied and would use him again.

They do a thorough job and do a great job. They are punctual and are very reasonably priced. They do not upcharge for product replacement. I have used them for 10 years.

They clean my chimney every year. They are responsive. Their price is reasonable and has stayed the same for about 10 years. John, the owner, is very pleasant and responsive.

John did a very nice job for us recently and over the years. He is honest and trustworthy and someone I would not hesitate to hire for future work.

HE NOTICED AN AREA NEEDING TO BE CAULKED AND RECOMMENDED IT WAS SOMETHING WE COULD DO OURSELVES. NOT ONLY WERE THEY ON TIME, THEY WERE 10 MINUTES EARLY! HOW OFTEN DOES THAT HAPPEN?

CAME AND DID THE CAP WORK, STARTED EXTERIOR MASONRY, BUT THE MORTAR WAS BAD. IT KEPT CRACKING. VERY DISAPPOINTING WORK ON OUR DRIVEWAY. HE STARTED BECOMING VERY ERRATIC IN SHOWING UP, MADE SEVERAL EXCUSES. FINALLY JUST DISAPPEARED AFTER RECEIVING 75% OF THE COST UPFRONT. VERY DISAPPOINTED
